Due to expansion, a Transport and Logistics Company with offices all over Nigeria and some West African Countries requires the services of Business Office Managers (Bus Terminal Heads):

The Business Office Manager is the Chief Marketing Officer and hence is saddle with all aspects of Customer service at the Bus Terminal. His/her main function is to satisfy the customers and to make them keep coming back. He/she manages all staff at his station including any driver whose job brings him to the terminal. The Business Office Manager is the face of the company.

Successful candidates will be responsible for:
1. Championing customer service excellence in the business office they manage
2. Project the image and visibility of the company
3. Growing our market share toward ensuring local market leadership
4. Navigating local business environment dynamics and peculiarities to ensure daily optimum traffic
5. Business Office profitability and performance management.

Candidate Profile:
A. Minimum of HND (or equivalent) from a respected academic institution
B. Candidate must have a strong track record of performance
C. He/She must be hungry to make a difference, demonstratably committed to the organisation, bring an attitude of ownership to the job.
D. Must manifest high energy and sound business instincts and
E. Very good knowledge of the Transport industry and his local operating environment; Candidate must be alive to and closely tracking emerging business, technological and operational trends in the industry, follow competitors' response in that regard, and demonstrate a capacity to proactively value-innovate to engender leaps in customer service.

Required skills:
• Excellent practical knowledge of basic computer applications such as Word,excel and Powerpoint.
• Evident end-to-end mastery of and readiness to deploy, utilize and maximize Ticket-simply ,the company’s business software platform
• Sound networking orientation, very good interpersonal ,public relations and community engagement skills
• Basic accounting skills will be an added advantage
Remuneration:
• Successful candidates will be remunerated through a mix of fixed and variable compensation depending on their monthly achievement. Candidates will also have a monthly Business Development Allowance based on size of Bus Terminal .
Selected candidates will be subjected to a monthly performance appraisal.
