Lol, you could tell how useless the country is when you see how these bet scammers are bold enough to put faces and numbers on their scams.

What would it cost the necessary agencies to track down these bet scammers using the number displayed? Their phone network can be pinged in minutes, after which arrests would be made but no one really cares.

Same with the mtn gifty scammer, he has a host, and number which can be tracked but hey, anything goes.

Then to the owners of Nairaland, i think you are just lazy or don't care about these bet scammers because if you do, you would have done something about it instead of banning them, which has proven ineffective as they sign up for a new ID few minutes later.

I could write a simple line of code that would permanently rid of these miscreants and i know the owner of this forum can as well, as he has been coding for more than a decade, so whats his excuse?
