Crying after failure is very fantastic but what do you do after crying? Do you remain a failure? Crying is natural. It's part of our emotions and should be used advantageously. In biology, we are told that the tears in our eyes serves as an eye cleanser.

Accept that you failed but don't let that make you sick! If Plan A failed then go to Plan B!
Create new strategies, know what you are getting yourself into. Prepare carefully, get up and start moving with a positive mindset. Don't just sit there and continue crying. You can SUCCEED!!!
