I need some help concerning credit cards. I have been buying Gift Cards from Graphcard for use for purchases on the internet but have noticed that their cards are not acceptable at so many sites. Who has an idea of how I can get a debit card that will be acceptable at most sites online?
Secondly, I registered with E-TRADE, got sent their debit card but cannot activate it because the line provided for Nigerians to activate their card is presently suspended. Does anyone know a way out of this problem?

I cannot remember if it was by phone I activated all my E*Trade cards I ever got but I think the card comes with instruction of how to activate online too. If not write them email to complain or call the number given for US activation or customer service to complain. What kind of account did you register with them? How? Because I know they don't accept Nigerians again even as far as 2005/6 when I opened my bank account with them?
