The measurement needed are (all measurement are in inches)
when taking measurement we take the circumference and line measurement
Waist 24 ( circumference)
Hip 34 (circumference)
waist to hip 9(line measurement)
nipple to nipple 6
skirt length 17

step 1: Draw your border line, border line is 1 inches

step 2: divide the hip measurement by 2 which is 17
measure 17 on the border line and rule it down

step 3: divide the waist measurement by 4 and add 1. you get (24/4) +1 which is 7
mark the 7 on top

QUE: what is the essence of the 1 inch I added

step 4: measure your waist to hip measurement
step 5: on that point where you measure step 4
divide your hip measurement by 4. you get 8.5

step 6: connect step 3 to step 5
you will have a slant line

step 7: mark what you get in step 5 on o

step 8: Dart
divide your Nipple to Nipple measurement by 2
which is 3, mark 3 on the waist line
on the 3inches go left by 0.5 and right by 0.5
that's for the front
for the back
on your cb go in by 0.5 on the waist line and connect it to the hip line
on the side back (SB ) Tobin by 3inches , on the 3inches go in by 0.25 to the left and right

to know the length of you dart subtract 2 from your waist to hip measurement
