Now that Justice Walter Onnoghen has admitted guilt and resigned, those abusing and calling President Muhammadu Buhari all sorts of names should bury their heads in shame

I really wish Buhari can just let me the man resign in peace.

I believe he should be pardoned because he did not directly steal public funds . It would be bad for him to lose his career all at once .

On behalf of Buhari Lovers , we plead to the able president to let Onoghen go and sin no more .

You don't have to directly steal money to commit a crime.

We are gradually becoming a Fulani Republic and being islamized by force using the faceless MURIC.

I hope the southerners still adamant that Nigeria can be remedied without fighting the Fulanis at some point are beginning to see clearly what the plot is about.

You are the one to be greatly ashamed of yourself for not seeing the glaring manipulations from Stupid Buhari. You will soon be alright if you think Buhari is really fighting corruption. Comedian you may read the article below and be free from shackles of celebrating mediocrity.....

*"This not the end, not even the beginning of the end but perhaps it is the end of the beginning" - Sir Winston Churchill -British Prime Minister in 1940 (WWar II)*

*Yes indeed we are in a war of sorts many don't even realise & it is for the soul of this nation. Whether we we remain in this dysfunctional state of a democracy that is wasteful & doesn't work but tethers on the verge of dictatorship. Or we are in the bigger war of regional ethnic domination by some Northern feudal irredentists over Southern & Middle belt minority groups, forced to cohabit in a predatory Unitary state. Whichever one it is, these wars or struggles as the Marxists once termed it, has now been carefully masked as "mere political Parties conflict" or by the hypocritical "war on corruption". It is about none of these & many people get it wrong here. The war were in is about the soul of this nation going forward. CJN Onnoghen travails is only a symptom of the larger war indeed*

*Now Buhari in a clear attempt to rig himself back to power after a woeful 4yrs in office decided to go after the judiciary. We must remember his approaches to the Supreme Court in 2003, 2007 & 2011 after his serial rejections @the ballot boxes in his failed pursuit of the Presidency. He had determined that after rigging the 2019 elections which he had carefully planned, the Supreme Court would be his last bus stop. He had earlier rendered the NASS comatose after hauling the Senate President before the same CCT a kangaroo tribunal. The CJN was next & the CCT a "constitutional error" in foisting a glorified "military tribunal" on civil society without any checks or insulation from executive abuse. We must remember the CCB, AGF & CCT all answer to the Presidency & more so the CCT Chair & members are not judges & don't take judicial oaths, neither do they report to NJC or FJSC but to the President. Now taking anyone before the CCT by the President means the President will sit in judgement over his own case, because the CCB laying charges, AGF prosecuting & CCT trying the case all report to the President. This is a gross abuse of a Constitutional lacuna in the CCT provision.*

*Leveraging on this CCT lacuna, the President on Wed 23rd Jan 2019 procured a black market exparte order ex facie curiae from CCT chair Danladi Umar a man with EFCC case in court & open to executive blackmail, to purportedly suspend the CJN Onnoghen on Fri 25th Jan 2019 & replacing him with acting CJN Tanko Mohammed a Sharia judge. Sadly the CJN applied to the Appeal court to quash both the case before CCT for lack of jurisdiction & to question the legality of the exparte order issued ex facie curiae on which the CJN was illegally removed. But there again the Presidency was waiting in ambush. The judiciary had been earlier totally annexed as Onnoghen & his lawyers were to realise. At the head of Appeal Court was now Justice Zainab Bulkachuwa another sympathetic Northerner & wife of APC Senator elect from Bauchi. The Appeal Court went to sleep 35days as I write, after adjourning on 27th Feb 2019 to give a ruling on CJN Onnoghen appeal against CCT. Important judicial pronouncements from the Appeal court on such an unprecedented trial of the CJN was sacrificed by politics, ethnicity or whatever reasons by the Appeal court. It went to sleep in conspiratorial silence or collaborative neutrality even as we speak.*

*A section of the country now has a clean sweep of all judicial positions as determined by a ethnic bigot @the Presidency. This is a sad replay of how all major Security Agencies (17 of 19) has been annexed by the same section of the country.*

*The larger question in Onnoghen case isn't about Onnoghen himself but about the destruction of Nigerian state institutions. Without an independent Judiciary for instance there will be no checks &balances to despotic executive powers. Imagine the gratitude of the acting CJN to the President for his elevation & his expected reluctance in deciding cases against the executive. Where now will be any Judicial independence The President overreached his powers to remove & replace head of another state institution - the Judiciary in disregard of the hallowed doctrine of Separation of Powers. If Donald Trump could so easily have removed US Chief Justice John Roberts, he would have long done it in his crises bothering on treasonable collusion with the Russians. We must remember our Presidential democracy fashioned after the US is far more expensive than that of the US given Nigeria's $450bn GDP & US $15trillion economy, 15times that of African 58 nations combined! Our institutional emoluments are simply outrageous & we rather go back to dictatorship of 29yrs military era than this farcical democracy *

*For those who say it was all about corruption, wrong. Buhari FGN is one of the most corrupt seen in recent times. With APC peopled by the likes of Bola "Bullion Van" Tinubu, Gov Gandollar, Amaechi, Akpabio, Kalu, Oshiomhole & co, people shielded from EFCC searchlight, it is indeed laughable Buhari is still fighting corruption when he is a reciever of "stolen goods" from his corrupt hirelings. Even with such easy access to CJN Onnoghen assets declaration as granted one faceless Dennis Aghayan, Buhari is yet to grant access to his or his Minister's assets forms even under Freedom of Info Act. The war of anti corruption has clearly been selective & a hypocritical one as such, with corruption now growing in leaps & bounds under this FGovt.*

*Finally if it turns out the CJN Onnoghen threw in the towel, I will continue to honor him for his valor in his battle against the feudal forces of reaction, press trials, leaked memos, innuendos & humiliations that can never happen to a Northern Chief Justice. He refused to walk away in a whimper as first Southern CJN in 32yrs & in so doing he exposed the Achilles heel of this despotic FGN under the suffocating grip of a cabal acting as proxies to a neanderthal fossil of pre Amalgamation Nigeria, now masquerading as an anti corruption chief of state. Buhari is a dud, a fake & a huge joke indeed !!!*

*R Onwaeze - random musings (cool*

This Northernization and islamization of all positions in Nigeria remain the only legacy, and actually the main legacy of Buhari in Nigeria. There is nothing else he came to pursue. Now, watch the next game, Sharia and jihadism are now on the onslaught all over Nigeria. Killings spurred by Islamic juhadism is currently ongoing all over Nigeria. You can't believe what is happening.

Tinubu is their lackey in Yoruba land. They are angry they can't penetrate Igbo land. All their people like Okorocha, Orji, Ngige, Onu, Amechi failed them. They left them to their fate, but are currently encouraging the systematic slaughtering of the people. In the Anam, Ayamelum (Anambra State) and Adani (Enugu State) axis, no day passes without these Fulani killing a dozen or so people.

In Southern Kaduna the continuous massacring of Christians, kidnappings, terror is ongoing minute by minute. More than 400 people, mainly Christians have being kidnapped and killed along Kaduna-Abuja road since this year.

In Ebonyi, Taraba, Benue, Nasarawa, Plateau, Kwara, the killings are ongoing. Nothing is being done about these orgies of killings.

That meeting held in Saudi Arabia between some top Nigerian government officials and Islamic fundamentalists and jihadi clerics are what we are now seeing the results. CJN Onooghen's outing was orchestrated in that meeting. When we cried out about that meeting in January, people dismissed it and was looking for proof. Today look at the results.

More is coming. Buhari's agenda is to impoverish this nation to a level where complete islamization become easy. It is already happening. Nigeria is now the poverty capital of the world. Buhari has no economic policy on ground to reverse this ugly trend.

All because Buhari is in power. Odi egwu.
