This is the result of what poverty has done to the psyche of an average Nigerian. I can guarantee many of those scooping the fuel have up to 20,000 naira on them or in a safe keeping. Why would you risk your life over a venture that cant fetch you 5,000 naira. Poverty of the mind. |
