That's 4m each on the average. Until we see what they will build, we can't say they have done wrong. Though one month is gone now and we are yet to see anything sha  |

They said empowerment. Which might include setting up shop and equipping for them. The contract value makes sense for 22 people assuming they would do it to standard tho. I don't see any fraud or scam there. |
