This type of fraud is definitely expected.
Rob peter to pay paul and when deposit is sizeable, they run like the wind.

The only reason fraudsters can rob Peter to pay Paul is because Peter and Paul are brothers in mind and spirit so they think alike. And that explain why they have multiplying effect tendencies catches them easily.
