No matter how you view it, Nigeria politics is about personal interest.. 2019 election is barely gone yet the plot for 2023 have started..

For those thinking it's too early are just either young minds or political amateurs...By next 2 years , 70 percent of those visiting aso rock will no longer be seen there , core supporters will be found wanting and as it draws near , Buhari will simply found himself lonely, that's the hard fact of politics..

The realignment for the next president has begun, the front runners are Tinubu and Tambawal .... The Northern caucus in APC are pushing hard for a northern candidate as well, knowing fully well that PDP will give the ticket to Tambawal, the north as a saying today will always vote their own..


As time goes on, Tinubu will know his true friends from the North... You see Tinubu is a great man and a very likeable person who has no doubt produce many talented leaders (except Buhari) but he's only fault is his inability to build friendship with other southerners, even other southerner political leaders in APC has issues with him , to the masses Tinubu went against GEJ which according to him was the right thing due to PDP's arrogance but turned a blind eye on Buhari's nepotic and ineffective governance , this will cost him dearly in 2023....



I believe as a smart man , he will withdraw and try to present another talent from elsewhere apart from SW, Godwin Obaseki might be the man.. APC primary election will be the most interesting as North caucas of APC will definitely do everything to get the ticket knowing fully well that its a game over for APC if they fail to get the ticket.
