A Lagos SA has personalized Lagos Property in my area. The waste bins entitled to residence who have paid their land use charge bill was delivered to the SA's house since three months ago. The distribution of these bins was delayed till yesterday 8th September 2010, basically for hidden political motives. When the bins, were distributed yesterday the SA had printed his name and the name of his church on it as the initiator, when the Lagos State Government had already grafted their name and bin number on it.
