Based on current form, bello will easily win especially with melaye likely to get the ticket.with pdp zoning their ticket to bayelsa east, sylva will trash pdp with heavy votes from nembe, brass and southern ijaw.wish he can make heineken his running mate
Is Sylva the only man in APC in Bayelsa state? He tried the last time let another try. We must move forward not backward

The issue with SS vote is not the zoning per say but the party. Sylva is from APC and that is the only reason for him to fail because most of the voters in the SS go for party not candidates which has really affected us a lot.

That's the perception of an average Nigerian and the SS in perticular. But I assure you alots has been changed due to the clamour for good governance. Many turned to Sylva due to the visionless leadership of Dickson despite the negative/mis deeds of Timipre Sylva but as it stands now,Dickson will not be on the ballot so, any plan for Sylva to manipulate the system to be on the ballot is like handing victory to Dickson and his gang of criminals. So my point is not because he is in apc but because greed and selfishness will not allow him to support and present credible candidates.

. Hope you have not being to Bayelsa state not to talk of being from the state, yes, he has force as a former governor but not the only force. He's not from Southern Ijaw local government council but he almost rely on it to win his election not even his own local government Brass. If the love and good governance is the driving force behind him, he should present one David lion from Southern Ijaw and pick the deputy from Bayelsa west.

And he did not trash PDP in 2015 Governorship Election. Let's wash and see how far.

Between contesting against an incumbent governor and a non incumbent, which is easier? The dynamics have changed, apc bayelsa is getting stronger plus.only fred agbedi or alaibe can stop sylva.bruce will likely be pdp candidate

Bayelsa west and central have ruled, its the turn of bayelsa east and southern ijaw is in bayelsa central.his deputy will likely be lokpobiri.

Mind you pdp has won guber polls in same north east and even north west.people are getting more enlightened and pdp are losing their grip slowly.
Again during the last bayelsa guber polls, sylva lost narrowly despite winning one lga.with a newbie contesting for pdp and likely from bayelsa east where sylva is dominant,he should slaughter pdp.look at apc performance during the presidential polls.it shows that he controls nembe, brass and southern ijaw.
Another reason is the number of thugs, militants and youths he controls.look at how bullied alaibe out if the last primaries, how his boys harassed a dcp.
The south south doesn't vote people but parties o.
Let's just wait till then.

I heard DavidLion is his running mate. Yeah DavidLion is extremely good and has touched lives in Igbogene n beyond Bayelsa. I wish he'll serve Bayelsa people under a reasonable person and not under Slyva. Mehn Slyva is from my place but I don't wish Bayelsa state such a man. Anyway, Bayelsa state is PDP for now, as long as APC fields Slyva as their choice candidate
