Being Sick Is Not Fun. There are at times your body gives you a little advance warning. You try out few things: have enough rest, lie down a bit, or even try drinking sips of water regularly. In hope of getting back fit. But the situation gets worst. You feel helpless and frustrated. Your health is going down. You’re unable to do things for yourself. You’re unable to manage your business effectively. You’re spending much on medications. You now move around with pills. It looks as though your hopes, dreams and aspirations are gone because you’re not longer living your normal life. Imagine there’s something you could do to prevent this from happening. Or better still control it if it has already occurred. You’ll be happy right?
