The vision of the Exclusive Partnership between Retrosoft and Porch Integrated is to create affordable housing opportunities for young professionals and families, within close proximity to the cities eliminating long hours spent in traffic, the financial burden of outright payment request by property developers and the assurance of strict adherence to the Nigerian Building and Construction Standards on every housing unit built in Kings Court.

Attached is a brochure highlighting the project description and exclusive price offer to first 20 subscribers. Also, note the following waivers for the first 20 subscribers;

1. Complete waiver of N300,000 Survey Fees
2. Complete waiver of NGN 2,000,000 Developmental fees

All 20 units are guaranteed to be delivered by December 2019. Nine (9) units of these have been sold, leaving Eleven (11) unsold units.
