My broda, 140K for a swift or objective c developer per month is "Extreme Low Balling". Nobody will apply to your post. Do you know how much it cost to purchase a macbook? Or how much it cost to fix one?? Do you know how much it cost to buy 1 iphone or get at least 2 different iphones with different screen sizes. Cost of living aside, it costs plenty to develop IOS or mac apps.

Incomplete project loading. Trust me anyone that applies for an ios position at 140K in Nigeria is not worth it. Probably a very junior developer or someone using a hybrid toolkit like react or cordova.

bros,we r in d internet era. Surf enuff n you'll know how much d cost of living is in d u.s/canada/etc.
Besides some of us hav relatives living there. How much is a mac laptop/desktop which you expect your prospects to have? (N1m+) How about phones/tablets? (N500k+) How much does it take to learn programming well (irrespctve of language)? (years+hundreds of thousands).
They're employees who earn N1m+/month. Infact,it's more common than you think. They just dont talk about it. They r ppl who earn N10m/month in nigeria. And theyre devs making $200k+/yr in d u.s.
Some machine learning devs make upto $1m/yr.
Some javascript gurus $200k+/yr.
Some googlers upto $400k+/yr.
$100k isnt all that.
I dont even want to talk of other professionals- doctors, managemnt consultants , computer security experts etc.

Even if u offered $100/mnth some ppl will still jump at it.
However, the talent u r recruiting have higher market valuation and if d opportunity presents itself theyll jump ships in a heartbeat.

You're even going far. Have you run into Mac apps update wahala? How many unlimited bundles will be enough? Then burning one tanker of petrol while installation lingers for weeks. 140k should be thanks for applying

They will apply as a means to settle pending bills, e.g. dtsv, internet, alcohol et al.
Trust me, they will jump ship within 6 months.

I have just one question for you. Are you a Developer? If yes, do you earn more than one million naira monthly? If yes, then you are not supposed to be clicking on Job adverts. But if you are not currently earning more than one million naira monthly, I guess you are the one who should "park well" and face reality.
