This also wont work. They need evidence to show that the car having so so plate number broke the law.

As I can deny and say my car was somewhere else.

They shud have body and dashboard cameras. Picture evidence shud be gotten. No need to chase anyone that decides not to stop just send them the penalty charges and if not paid when due, invite to appear in court for traffic offense b4 a certain date.


Lawless in small areas leads to more lawlessness is many other areas. It’s like a ripple effect
