Job Summary

The Sales Officer is responsible for driving business growth. He/She is required to work efficiently with the sales team to achieve results and meet targets. He/she is required to carry out assigned roles in a creative and productive manner. He/she should be able to build profitable business relationships with new and existing clients.

Job Description

Partake in training sessions and meetings as required by management
Work effectively with the sales team to achieve set targets and goals
Establish communication with customers via phone calls, emails, etc
Schedule and attend meetings with clients when necessary
Identify problems and proffer appropriate solutions for business
Providing accurate information about company products and services to clients
Attend seminars, training sessions, and meetings as required by management
Deliver quality service to clients
Participate in training sessions, conferences, and meetings
Work efficiently with the sales team towards achieving set goals and targets
Communicate effectively with team members towards achieving team objectives
Properly implement company sales policies and procedures
Ensure client satisfaction with company products and services
Promote company culture by following laid down rules and codes of conduct
Develop detailed reports about findings and research done as it relates to sales activities and productivity


Qualifications

Bachelors’ degree in Commerce, Economics, Marketing or other related fields
Must have experience in a similar role

Age requirement: 25 - 35 years old.
