HIRING SALES MANAGER IN LAGOS

We are looking to recruit a Sales Manager for our client in the integrated services sector.

Job Summary

The Sales Manager would be responsible for generating leads for the business while leading and managing the sales team as effectively as possible. He/She would be in charge of building healthy relationships with recent and prospective clients. He/She is required to carry out his/her obligations in a professional and succinct manner. He/She is required to be innovative and creative while carrying out appointed duties and obligations.

Job Description

Maintain beneficial relationships with clients and other stakeholders in the business
Motivate team members towards achieving company goals and targets
Sell company products and services to new and existing clients in accordance with the company’s marketing plan and standard operating procedures
Develop detailed reports about findings and research done as it relates to sales activities and productivity
Schedule and attend visits with new and existing clients aimed at generating monthly sales
Identify business opportunities by identifying business prospects
Providing accurate information about company products and services to clients
Prepare and make presentations to clients, partners, and other stakeholders as required
Performance review of sales and revenue generated
Attend seminars, training sessions, and meetings as required by management
Deliver quality service to clients
Participate in training sessions, conferences, and meetings
Work efficiently with the sales team towards achieving set goals and targets


Qualifications

BSC in Marketing/Business Administration
Must have experience in a similar role
