You're delusional.
You think so? Why not use your brain to make a research abt your religion. Seek and you shall find. Knock and it shall be open.

Use your brain.

Mr. I understand your plights about doubting the existence of god. It is normal to think in such direction because you are leaning towards Enlightenment which will in turn change your world views. Keep asking existential questions. Only man can free himself.

About your basketball ambitions, they sound fantastic. By the way, what's your height? If at 17 you are above 6feet then keep pursuing your dreams. Your parents forcing you to acquire academic knowledge can never be outrightly written off because they actually know what they are saying. You said you are an undergraduate already, if I am right your school should have athletic activities e.g. basketball? If yes, you can still cope with the school and basketball training. You just need to have a well planned schedule. Focus on your primary assignment (academics) and secondary assignment (basketball). Believe me you, you might be fortunate to be drafted in any of the higher institutional competitions we have around. You may even use your first degree as a prerequisite for a master's degree which people use as an avenue for student visa application. So, my brother see everything as a challenge into turning a strong man.
Best Wishes!

Thanks but we have no coaches here. I just get drills online and practice them. The court is terrible and I can't even afford my own ball. Damn!

Oh! I suppose we are now in a world where information is ubiquitous. While having a physical coach is important you can also excel without having one. All you need is utter determination. Basketball is a game that demands total commitment. You need to start making some sacrifices in order for you to become the player you wanna become. Practices are plethorically important. You said the court is terrible, but you can still make use of it nevertheless. You can get a basketball (rubber ball) of 3k to 4k at least for a starter. I believe your parents give you some pocket monies occasionally so you can save some for your sport kits. Enjoy your basketball sojourn man!

If you check my previous posts you will know that I a Christian. I HAVEN'T LOST MY FAITH OOO but I just feel like we humans are alone in this world and God doesn't give a damn. People are dying and the wicked are rich and happy. Pastors with jets and stuff(ALTHOUGH MY PASTOR LEADS A SIMPLE LIFE AND IS NOT MATERIALISTIC, I LOVE HIM THOUGH).

Life has not been fair.. My parents are against my basketball career, they sent me to school but I haven't paid my fees and I'm with ten NAIRA presently.

I pay my tithes but has not happened since January 2018. I have a book where I record every single Kobo I get and I have calculated that as a student since July 2016 I have paid about 30k in Tithes from my pocket money. I'm not against Tithing tho but it's it funny that when bad happens we are blamed but when good happens we thank GOD. Like the situation I'm zamfara now, one journalist was blaming the Governor but during Jonathan's time she was blaming the president. When it is bad it's the governor bit when it's good it's buhari . It's hypocritical.

So I went and used my last but one card (200) to buy food and I perfectly avoided the woman and didn't pay for the fried rice. As I was walking home I felt guilty. I went back and told her that I didn't pay and now left with N10 till next week . No easter celebration.

I don't know why GOD will let the corrupt guys who already have money to steal more money and not strike them dead but the guys with clean hearts don't win elections.

I still have a lot to say but I don't want the writ to be too lengthy.

I AM STILL A BELIEVER THOUGH.
Your speech betray you. You have the body of a Christian, but the soul of an unbeliever.

God's hands are tied to some things in life. Jesus said we are in this world. but we are not of this world because the whole world lies in wickedness.

John 17:16 They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.

1 John 5:19 And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness.

Honestly GOD IS TOO GOOD. The Bible says that if you faint in the day of adversity your strength is small .I realized that I don't read my Bible and I'm starving my spirit. I'm not actually weak but I've been strong for very long.

I have been asking GOD for exactly the same thing for Three years now. I'm still hopeful.
