It all started at age 16 or so, i had seen some porn videos because i wanted to be amongst my brothers who rejected me then, so my mind went into play to try what i had visualised ; not seen, vision (meaning it went straight to my mind and heart.

Few months in, i was addicted , everytime i did it, i miserable, i wanted to be a role model to my younger ones, so i avoided girls at that age.

I realized i couldn't go a day without it almost 2-3 times within 4 to 5 days in a week - one day, i was wanking my penis and then, i stopped all of a sudden...i was fed up..."this is torture" so i thought to myself. Too late, i had a scar, erectile dysfunction.

How did it go for me?! The process?!

* First, i was miserable everytime i did it
* i told myself it was wrong and as much as the pleasure remained, this kind of pleasure is worthless
* I had read about keeping yourself for marriage
* I was wrestling my desires and lustful feelings with a strange feeling , calling me to greatness
* The low self esteem was ruining me and no thought leader to help inspire, I had decided to inspire others.
* I told myself in your lonely time, do something else, make a move to chase your dreams
* determined to fight the feeling, although i fell a couple of times... thank GOD, i finally quit a year or a year and half later.
