Sad As JAMB Says It Won’t Release Results OF Thousands Of Candidates Due To This Reason Posted on April 17, 2019 AuthorSteve Martins Comment(0) Reports arriving from the Joint Admission And Matriculation Board, JAMB, confirms that as part of the board’s strict measures to curb examination malpractice, many, in thousands, who wrote the University Tertiary Matriculation Examination, UTME, will not get their results as the board will withhold them due to examination malpractice. Professor Ishaq Oloyede, the Registrar of JAMB who has worked commendably to ensure everything went smoothly, made the statement in Lagos on Tuesday during the arrest of two children who are owned by a Lagos based owner of a Computer Based Test, CBT, center. The children were arrested for selling fake UTME questions and answers to which they pleaded guilty. The center, known as Risk Global Company Limited, is located on 300, Ikorodu Road, Anthony Village and it’s owned by a former bank identified as Emeka Ukpai. Whether fake jamb question or not, the question is with all the technology in the world, jamb cannot curb malpractices except they seize results. Oh! How about starting with installation of cameras in all centers or improving on your own privacy. Its JAMB's fault that questions leak in the first place 1 Like |
