I think Nairaland needs a suggestion box where people can post suggestions for change. Well I guess the only hindrance to this will be some unserious or off topic talks that may come in (so maybe a moderator could check that). To start, my suggestions are for the welcome page. I think that the Romance Section should be renamed Relationship Section and romance should be a subsection of that. because when someone has a relationship topic that's not romantic or sexual in nature (ex. roommate or best friend or even neighbors or in-laws etc), where should they post it? Another is that there should be a News section. Sometimes, I want to post a news article but when i go to the relevant section, the topics are very unrelated. ie there is no sense of global issues. its all very personal and local so i feel that my topic won't fit in and i hesitate to post it. If there can't be a news section by itself, there should be a news subsection in the technology section and other that lack news information. The only sections that i feel integrate newswell is the politics or celebrity sections. but what about others like technology etc? |

my thoughts too esp on the romance section; i also feel that there should be two kind of romance/relationship one for the (conservatives)'republicans' and so-called (progressive)'democrats' so that at least the conservatives would be allowed to post without being scorned by the 'progressives' seun pls think about this bro! |
