There is serious cause for concern with respect to the growing rate at which children are now being raped and sexually abused.

And this criminal act is bound to keep rising if nothing drastic is done to checkmate it.

So I propose that any one proven to have been heartless enough to rape a kid should be castrated, so that let's see the kind of lust that would make anyone still want to go ahead and do something that would make him lose his manhood.

For anyone that really loves his manhood so much would not want to lose it because of some useless thing called lust that would make him to heartlessly rape a child.

Hence I believe that this would serve as a viable deterrent to such acts of inhumanity and gross wickedness being perpetrated against those we say are "the leaders of tomorrow."
