I need help... I bought a fairly used vivo y13l but I later discovered that 1. the phone cannot find nor connect to other bluetooth devices. 2. It doesn't connect on xender. When I tried, it displays the message, "You need to connect to google play services which is not supported on your phone." 3. It doesn't connect to PC when using USB media transfer. 4. WLAN doesn't open when I switch it on. #what is the solution please? |
