guys i heard this from a friend in school he told me that one can change ones course during manual clearance given that u dont have o'level to defend the course u were given or betterstill u have a genuine reason for changing ur course. and u can also change after ur first year if u don't have carryovers and a good gp with 10k, which according to him (my friend) is not as 'impossible' as people deem it to be. so the choice is urs

@lucky,plz do help me send it again plz. @ikechukwu,i will advice all,dat no one should take the risk of changing its cos during manual clearance.it is ok 2 change it after ur 1st year with a gud G.P .

My Dad said that it won't happen cos thats what they told him. If the course you are changing to is in the same department as the one you were given or in a close department like in my case Physics and Elect/elect, you won't repeat. It's only when you are changing from 3rd year, you'll be deported to 2nd year or if you change in second year, you will repeat second year in the new course. First year is evryman year where what they do is similar so no need to repeat
