IS MARRIAGE THE ULTIMATE PURPOSE OF THE GIRL CHILD IN AFRICA? Part1.

This question has become so imperative to ask because of the high level of depression most ladies are going through by not been married yet or married but wishing to be single.

This piece is not written to speak against marriage which is the coming together of a man and woman to become husband and wife for the purpose of procreation and avoidance of sexually related sins but it is written to address the issue of society seeing the woman who is not married at certain age as an unfulfilled woman . Most women have lost their purpose in life because of marriage, they have lost their aspirations to marriage. Most men will not allow their wives to pursue their dreams because they must sit back at home and watch over the kids and take care of the domestic duties of the family.

Most of our ladies are falling prey to gullible men every day because of wanting to get married quickly in order to avoid the insults from society, they now use the precious time they would have invested in pursuing their dreams and making society a better place to running from one church to the other looking for a miracle husband, they have been subject to different kinds of abuse from men of God and fake prophets in the name of deliverance.

Society has made the ultimate goal of woman to search for a good husband, and the definition of a good man is the man that is financially buoyant, not minding his character, his attitude and sometimes we don't even question his source of wealth, in as much as he can afford a big and costly wedding party he is the best husband in the world, marriage is one of the reason why these so called wanting to get rich by all means ritualists in disguise of fraudsters are taking advantage of our Ladies on daily basis, because they are busy searching for the societal description of a good man.

The mentality of getting a good husband has made so many of our ladies mentally lazy and incapacitated, the ideology of getting a good husband has made so many ladies lose their creative prowess. Probably after their first degree the next plan is marriage not building themselves.

One disheartening factor is how our society has perceived single women who are working round the clock on daily basis to meet end means, they must be sleeping around with men to make their wealth , as if wealth is only attached to men.

So many men are going down everyday because of the kind of women they got married to, most these girls cannot contribute to their visions , they have nothing to offer rather than sex or attending to kitchen duties. For a man to stand strong he must have a supportive woman to his vision.

There are Lot's of single women that has impacted our world beyond measures, marriage is good for the foundation of society but the woman should not be psychologically forced to it.
