Two suspected paedophiles are on the run and currently being hunted down by police for allegedly raping and impregnating an 11-year old child in Delta State. It has been reported that the girl was raped by a man named Mr.Frank who threatened the little girl with a deadly weapon whilst forcing himself on her. His accomplice watched on as his friend raped the girl whilst he was on the lookout for any passersby Human Rights Activist, Israel Joe (pictured with the victim), claims the girl got pregnant after she was raped.
