This is a very common issue that the AVG antivirus users get to face on a daily basis the ultimate fix for this issue is conducting a repair of the software in order to get AVG repaired the user should follow the given procedure –
•Log in windows with admin permissions
•Also, there should be no other security software running on the system
•Right click the windows start button further select “Apps and features” click your AVG antivirus version further click “uninstall”
•As the user account control dialog box appears, click “yes”
•Then as you see the AVG set up wizard click “Repair”
•Wait for the repair procedure to complete and then click “done”
