definitely PDP -Adeleke Ademola wins this but just wondering why judgment will be this imminent but when I remembered the job perfected at the Tribunals then I understood why. The Tribunal judgment was indeed a template to simplify future judgments on the Osun case and similar ones.

There's nothing like highest bidder here. The Osung election was clearly won by PDP but was 'remote-controlled' to favour APC through the machination of state.

The Appeal Court should do justice by upholding the thorough judgement of the lower court

Normally the trial court does the main work the appeal and supreme do reviews in this case no new materials are brought.

That is why supreme court can deliver judgment same day and give reasons in later date.
