"Nobody from Abuja can stop herdsmen, bandits or kidnappers in a state. By the time bureaucrats in Abuja take action, the herdsmen, bandits or kidnappers have moved on. Nigeria needs State Police. Anything short of that is a blank check for miscreants to keep killing Nigerians."
