We are in need of dynamic, intelligent, self driven, compassionate and result focused candidates in the following areas:

1. Customer success officers:
- You will be trained and responsible for successful implementation of our cloud software and in training of users to use tech solutions in their different businesses.
- Your primary responsibility is ensuring the success of our customers in the use of software products.
- You are to produce, publish and regularly update a written documentation for use of our software products.
- When necessary, you will be needed to make a video of yourself teaching how to perform key functions on our apps for users to easily understand. You will learn and use online video tools to achieve this.
- You will ensure that they understand how to use every new feature we develop and you will measure their success index.
- You must be familiar with simple computer desktop processing applications like ms word, excel, PowerPoint, google docs, etc.
- You must be able to work and remain productive under pressure.
- You must be a patient person who will not shout at customers under pressure.
- You MUST know how to multi-task and juggle between tasks having different deadlines.
- You must know how to produce reports of our customer usage metrics.
- You will be required to visit customers on their premises and train them as necessary.

2. Business Development Officers -
- You will be needed to reach out to prospect businesses who are already on our radar to convince them to adopt our tech solutions.
- You must have a strong liking for meeting new people.
- Great presentation and convincing skills
- You must adopt and implement the solutions oriented outreach method to convince potential customers to try us out.
- You must be a computer literate who is familiar with use of the computer and very familiar with Internet browsing.
- You will be well trained on the details and specifics of the solutions you are to sell.

3. Node JS and React JS developers and Programming Interns:
- knowledge of express nodejs, and/or react js version control, GIT, API, mysql, database manipulation.
- Show practical proof of your knowledge.
Applying Interns are expected to have basic coding knowledge on Javascript or any similar language, you will be put through a training program to fortify your knowledge of NodeJs and React Js. You will also have numerous opportunities to practice.


4. Social Media Interns and Digital Marketer Interns:
You will be adequately trained and given opportunity to practice and grow.
At the end of your training, you can be employed based on fit, performance and attitude to work.
