Without trying to discourage you in any way, i hope you realize that toilet roll making venture is quite expensive. You will need a regular and constant supply of pre-made tissue paper in huge rolls (similar to newspaper factory) and you will have your machine cut down in small rolls usable in the bathroom. Your challenge in Naija, will be constant supply of the raw material. You can watch this video link and you get an idea of how tissue paper is made. It depends on the scale. local machines are available from 800k and chinese machines from 2-3m. You buy the jumbo rolls and cut in your mini factory |
