I am about to Sue MTN for taking my N10,000 internet recharge for 24/7 monthly browsing and not crediting my account and I have been discussing with them and all they can tell me is that they cannot see my sim history. I have made contact with all their necessary customer care personnel and they still cannot either re -redit my account or give me a simple explanation on what happened to my money.
As if it is my fault they have been telling me come today come tomorrow(typical MTN strategy to frustrate you)well now I am frustrated and Have been discussing with my lawyers and we have decided enough is enough, we can't continue to allow them steal from poor Nigerians like this.

What exactly happened. Was a bundle activated for you without your being able to browse?

hi chuks. What you are about to do is good, and I can only wish you success. MTN(mobile thieving network) is the greediest of all the service providers and they are so arrogant even when you have a genuine case against them. I was duped on their 2500 naira night browsing also, but I dont have all necessary details now, I would have actualy join you in that lawsuit. Im just praying they will fall into my hands again, then I will also start a lawsuit.

As chucks rightly said there will be no cost to you, just make sure you have ur facts and evidences. the lawyers will be paid from the compensation awarded to all complainants.
