2 oz spray bottle 20 drops tea tree essential oil 15 drops lavender essential oil 15 drops lemon essential oil 10 drops peppermint essential oil 1 tsp carrier oil (olive, apricot, grapeseed) water Add oils to clean spray bottle. Fill with fresh water. Shake. Spray liberally from feet up before going outside. Spray on hands to apply to face, if needed. Avoid eye area.   |
