Non of these countries you mentioned are as ethnically diverse as Nigeria, having to live together irrespective of the recurrent distrust and provocations from time to time, secondly those countries you mentioned have already established empires (science tech & society) since ancient times with so much wealth of experience the Nigeria doesnt have.

No number of excuses for Nigeria's failure, however justified, can change the fact that Nigeria is a failure rather than something deserving of the appellation "great".

At best, what you've just written only serves as justification for considering whether Nigeria deserves to remain a single country at all, rather than dividing into several more cohesive nations.
