There is need for Nigerians to move with the current trend in building technology called prefabricated or modular though it has always been there but it has been developed to an extent where it could be used for 7-10 stories hotels, churches and personal houses.

It is far less cheaper to build than a conventional building, last almost the same as the blocks, faster to build than the conventional housing(3 months maximum)
