The 12 months has not yet been effected on the website. It's only offline (in their office for now. It will soon be effected, so you either wait till then or chose the 6 months and roll over at the expiration of the 6 months.

Send an email to support, request for a link to initiate a bank transfer from your Nigerian account. That is the method i used. Though flutterwave charges an extra 2000 naira.
