If one stretches daily or does yoga it won’t become a problem. I have stayed fit since age nineteen. It was in my late twenties my body started signaling me that stretching was needed for proper efficiency of my well conditioned frame. I now stretch every other day or sometimes days in a row. Every new year that passes is always the best of my life. |
