simplycarro:Gbagada is shit compared to New Owerri , Independence Layout Enugu, Nkisi Housing Estate Onitsha, Udoka Housing Estate Awka. i only stay in gbagada because of centrality to the Island, Ikeja , Airport etc , same way other Igbo business men rent houses in parts of lagos rather than stay in hotels. Peter Obi has a house in Ikoyi he rarely stays there except on visit and on transit. I have lived all over Nigeria , Abuja ,East, Kaduna etc , I can tell you Lagos houses are over hyped and nothing compared to even Moderately built house in Abuja , Enugu , Owerri . Frankly and honestly Speaking , Igbos are simply wasting their time in Lagos 17 Likes 3 Shares |

The thing is its not these Billionaires that are leaving but the youths, so it's them you should direct whatever you want to preach to, you will find them here plenty on nairaland ....do ask them to stop fighting on nairaland and embrace the JOBS these billionaires are supposed to have created 25 Likes 1 Share |
