Vacancy for Customer Care Representative (Ibadan Call Center)
Nitestay.com is Nigeria’s premier online hotel reservation portal. The company specializes in hotel reservation, resort booking, concert and events booking along with travel guide information around Nigeria. In order to continue to provide excellent customer service to its growing clientele base, the company requires the service of a Customer Care Representative.

QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidates should possess the following skills, experience and qualification
A good first degree or its equivalent in any discipline
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Possession of 1-2 years working experience in a customer care role
Good written and oral communication skills
