Senior statesman, Prince Bob Njemaneze, has approached the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to announce Jones Onyeriri and Senator Benjamin Uwajumogu as victors of Imo West (Orlu) and Imo North (Okigwe) senatorial decisions.

The races led on February 28 into the two senatorial seats in the state have been marred in contention as INEC is yet to report the genuine victors of the surveys.

He said Governor Rochas Okorocha, a competitor in the Imo west (Orlu) senatorial race, who he asserted had constrained the Returning Officer, Prof. Honest Ibeabuchi, to pronounce him champ of the senatorial decision ought to be indicted for an appointive offense.

Njemanze, who tended to reporters in Owerri, said Imo must not be duped in having its full portrayal at the Senate.

“Among the senatorial challenges, a fascinating one is IMO West (Orlu zone), where INEC must face guard what they truly speak to or what they have made us accept. The commission said it could nor be impacted by satisfaction, pressure by urgent lawmakers nor be cowed into tolerating a misnomer in a discretionary procedure.”
