I tried to buy movie tickets online using my zenith bank app on the 25th of April but the transaction failed. However, I still got debited for the transaction and I waited for 24hours to see if it was going to be reversed but nothing happened. I then messaged Zenith bank on Twitter and I was told it would take 10days to be processed. I still went ahead and called Zenith bank customer care a few days later and I was told the same thing. Finally on the 8th of May, I went down to their bank branch at AYA Abuja and made a complaint because it had reached almost 3 weeks since the incident had occurred but yet again, they promised to handle it of which I am still yet to get my money back. Now, they are not even responding to me on Twitter again. Anyone with an idea of how I can report them to CBN? The distress is much and it's unfair that customers have to be treated this way |
