I don't know why some people find it very easy throwing waste indiscriminate ly on the road. Some even throw it off a moving vehicle. Recently someone throw a nylon off a moving bus on 3rd mainland bridge and it hit the windshield of a car in front of me. Lucky for the driver of the car that it was just wastes fro oranges,what it it was a sharp object..
