What is the consequence of this? Who is supposed to act, me or the PFA?

Is there any known labour law which allows this.

Take the case up with PENCOM. The owners of the company are flirting with significant jail time.

why not meet your pencom manager and get your statement of acct printed out so you can approach your company for explanations first, that is if you still want to continue with them

Na wa ó....so many yahoo yahoo people in this country. No be only street yahoo yahoo boys dey ó.

What they are doing is criminal. You could anonymously write a letter to PENCOM, but before you do that make sure u haven't mentioned it to any staff before cos it may later be traced to u when they are eventually sanctioned and they pay heavily.

Ideally after each month salary is paid u should get an alert from your preferred PFA containing details of Ur contribution and Ur company's contribution to Ur pension fund. I get mine evrytime.

Same with the company i work for, mine started deducting last two mnths

Write a petition to Pencom and your company is toast! What they are doing is illegal. They will be fined, and made to remit the pension with high accumulated interest rate.

Are you being issued your pay slip? That's the evidence you need

Taking them to Human right radio is a sure way of putting them in line. But what would one pension deduction do for you without a job at hand.

Report them to pencom or servicom anonymously.

On berekete, you will have to hold the microphone and call the name of the company and you know what that means right
