That part of Utako off Okonjo Iweala is purely residential. In the Abuja masterplan parts of residential area are deisgnated for mix use, hotels, religious centres, shopping centres and but the likes but nightclubs is just taking it too far. Those should be situated on or just off major highways not besides residences, blaring obesecne music all night and having dodgy folks roamimg about into the early hours of the morning.
