If you check ma post on the experimenting theory, I stated that the folks complaining about Nas might have gotten tired of his unchanging/fixed style . . . as an example, I said that he doesn't experiment like Jay-Z does (Collision Course is an example) . . . Eldee, in his usual style, lumped everything together just to make a cheap point.

Nas is still dope to me . . . he just loves to do his thang - folks like Eldee prolly want him to get involved in controversies (like Eminem) so he can "keep up appearances" and still remain "relevant" and s[/i]hi[i]t . . .

it's not like jay-z constantly 'experiments' or that it's his knack for 'experimenting' that keeps him relevant. collision course spawned a hit single, for two songs that were already both hit singles. look at his other attempts at 'experimentation'. both of his collabo albums with r kelly were certified flops.

when he decides to vex and release pure hip hop albums, he drops black album, reasonable doubt, blueprint, american gangster. when he wants to collabo and do party/pop/mainstream tracks, he drops unfinished business, best of both worlds, blueprint 2, blueprint 3, etc.

tell me which jay-z you'd rather listen to.
