Wrong, he is already married so he has declare that whether or not she is accompanying. He could've been able to add her if he was single before submission then got married after.

This will be the status from the time they receive the first document until they receive your other documents as well. It will take a while for them to review and accept, before they evaluate it.

The faster you can get your other documents to them, the faster they can start the evaluation.

Yes but since he's married he has to state it and I don't think he can switch back to spouse accompanying after getting ITA. Even if he can his score will be recalculated.
Saying he's single when he's married is misrepresentation.

If he changes to spouse accompanying after ITA and the recalculated CRS is less than the cut-off mark for which he got ITA, then that ITA must be declined or his application will be refused but if he submits his application before getting married and adds his spouse after AOR, his CRS will remain the same.

In this case, he is already married.

Good luck pal . Just to add, as per IELTS Writing, just learn the structure (intro, body paragraph 1, 2, etc.), the expected (commonly used) phrases/keywords for the different essay types as Liz explains, and other notes like word count etc. and you should be fine.

@Topsmamen. Went to mtn today and was told calll logs takes months and can't get more than 3 months back. Like I said yday,we've been able to get our chat history from Jan 2018. Will this only suffice. We didn't exchange emails and other social media exchanges. Just strictly whatsapp chats, whatsapp calls, normal calls and few text messages. Will this fly as proof of historical communications.

You can use the text and Whatsapp call/chat logs then. Also ensure you show the chat names too. I read somewhere on Canadavisa forum that you should not only submit the mushy "I love you", "baby boo" and "my pumpkin" chats. You should submit fight chats too, to show that you're a real couple who sometimes argue and fight too.
