A 51-year old man, Ukpai Ugwu, has been arrested for allegedly luring a 13-year old girl into sex romp by handling her breasts and getting her confused.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Community Avenue, Irawo area of Ikorodu, Lagos where they reside.

It was gathered that the suspect, Ukpai, reportedly lured the victim into his apartment when his family was not around, used words of mouth to hold her before he moved his hands to her breasts and got her aroused before he penetrated her.
