bought a new HP Laptop 15-ra, 500GB HDD, Intel Celeron Processor on my last trip to Germany in December 2018 and in March of this year I bought a new HP Colour Printer, I load it's software to the Laptop and print with it. The following day I travelled to Abuja and I discovered that the Laptop booting hang at the window, I took it to a computer engineer who reload the system with window 10. Later I realised that the screen is not as bright as it was before and the speaker volume was low. I adjust the settings to the maximum but no changes.

Bro just find a way to dispose that laptop and try to contact some people here who knows alot abt computer..
Hp 15 ra is one of the most useless laptop made by HP. people keep complaining abt one prob or the other concerning the laptop and HP still hasn't adjust its working platform concerning d laptop.

The guy that reloaded your os, might have wiped some of your phone drivers, reinstalling drivers would solve the issue

Reinstall your graphics driver to fix the brightness problem and your audio driver to fix the volume problem.

You can download the appropriate drivers on HP's website.
