Don't give up on these properties. There are things to consider in investing in these type of lands like the company you are buying from , how long have they been in existence , Do they have other titled properties if yes you can do your due deligence as to whether the land is free or commited or under acquisition and can be ratified . if its free then buy .The worst that can happen is if the excision is not granted , they move you to their titled properties. Also ensure the property has an excision file number before you buy .The truth is present administration under Ambode didn't sign any excision in last 4 years and was hoping to do that second term so as it is now ,we hoping Sanwo ilu signs once he resumes office. For your titled properties or safe excision in process call /whatsapp 070345018880

Don't mind the OP.I quite understand your plight .The company should have allocated .Allocation should be immediate after all charges been paid and they should have taken their time to explain things to you if they having issues.Thats why whilst I do my own due DELIGENCE before selling or marketting I also advice my clients to do same so their minds be at rest .I'm sorry about your experience. The best is to buy titled properties and if you don't have the means buy " excision in process " from a reputable company with many other titled properties so if the worst happens they move you there.
